Alejandra Marquez Villa concentrates her legal practice in transactional, business, and asset protection strategies She handles residential and commercial real estate transactions in the State of Florida, including title services.
She also provides comprehensive counseling to national and international corporations engaged in a broad range of industries that already do or plan to do business in the United States or in Latin America.
Alejandra received her Juris Doctor Degree from St Thomas University School of Law, Miami, and her master’s in laws in Global Law and Technology from Suffolk University Law School, Boston.
She is licensed to practice law in the State of Florida and Venezuela.
Ms. Villa is fluent in Spanish, English, and Portuguese.
